OUR HOT TUB SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE PACKAGES
We operate our hot tub servicing and maintenance across Wirral, Merseyside, Cheshire, North West and North Wales. We have a range of packages available to ensure we cover everyone who owns a hot tub. Don’t worry if you are not sure what type of servicing package you need, just give Ben a call and he’ll happily go through the requirements with you.
Gold Hot Tub Service Package
- 1x Full Annual Service (month 12)
- 1x Spa Refresh (month 6)
- 1x Free Set of filters (up to a value of £50)
- Spread the cost with 12 monthly payments
Platinum Hot Tub Service Package
- 1x Full Annual Service (month 12)
- 2x Water Changes
- 1x Spa Refresh (month 6)
- 1x Free Set of filters (up to a value of £50
- 2x Free Call-outs per annum for repairs
HOT TUB INDIVIDUAL SERVICES
LOCAL CALL OUT
£85 – £120*
Includes 1 hour to diagnose and resolve any problems with your hot tub.
If new parts are required, our engineer will quote you on any recommended parts to complete the repair of your hot tub.
If the repair requires work over 1 hour, you will be charged at an hourly rate of £45.
Depending on your distance from our service hubs, there may also be a fuel charge.
*£85 call-out charge for hot tubs supplied and installed by Castle Hot Tubs. £120 call-out charge for hot tubs supplied by third parties.
